Twin growth rate in third trimester?

So from what I understand the growth rate for twins slows down in the third trimester compared to singleton babies. So about how much weight a week will twins gain in the third trimester? My doctor said that I should expect to have 7+lb babies. When I had my last ultrasound at 33 weeks they were 5lbs 6oz and 5lbs 12oz. I would love for them to be 7+lbs! The healthier the better!! But I was searching for twin growth rate and couldnt find anything. Does anyone know what a twin is expected to gain in the last few weeks?

Well, the normal rate for singleton is about 1/2 a lb per week the in last month or so of pregnancy so... slower than that. How much slower, I don%26#039;t know...

My twins were born at 33 1/2 weeks weighing 5 1/2 lbs and 4 1/2 lbs. THey were quite healthy and didn%26#039;t need to be incubated and no need for feeding tubes. They only spent 10 days in the NICU.

You are so much further along then I was. If you clear 38 weeks, I doubt your babies would even need to go to the NICU.

If I were to guess, I would say your babies will be close to 7 lbs on the lower end.

The family felt bad that I could not write off the mileage in my taxes and have now offered to do so. They have offered to give me $10-15/week. the download speed is determined by what your isp deal is and also what it is you are trying to download. You don%26#039;t say who your isp is and you can log onto a speedtester site by googling speed test. this will tell you the speed at which your pc is downloading and by comparing it to what your isp tells you you should be getting if there is a great difference then that would be the time to (a) talk to your ISP or (b) taking drastic action with your PC

Screen Refresh Rate Question...?

To start I%26#039;m sorry for the noob question but...

I recently purchased a Toshiba Satellite X205-S9359. I%26#039;ve enjoyed it for the month I%26#039;ve had it however I%26#039;ve discovered a problem. The screen%26#039;s refresh rate is currently limited to 59 hertz. Many games on the market require at least 60 hertz to play. There are no other options available to switch it higher and the Toshiba web site does not have an updated driver for the NVIDIA庐 GeForce庐 8700M GT card.

My question specifically is: Is the refresh rate limited to the laptop%26#039;s screen hardware or is it controlled by the driver written for the video card? .... or both?

I doubt that your monitor is really running at 59hz even though it is saying that. Most likely is that it is incorrectly saying 59hz when it is really running at 60hz.

On LCD monitors the refresh rate is always 60hz. You cannot go higher or lower as the monitor will not allow it. To go higher than 60hz you would have to use a NON LCD monitor (aka CRT monitor).

You can call Toshiba to ask why it is saying 59hz instead of 60hz, but I assure you that it is running at 60hz as it does with all LCD monitors on all of the personal computers throughout the world.

Seriously, legendaries are not good and most competitive battles does not allow them. You might as well get use to life and start lvling something more worthwhile. The only thing i can say about this team as you have not posed the nature, EV spread and the moveset it is very difficult to rate. You should really repost the question with the details mentioned above. Anyways I can only see 1 big as prob. YOu are gonna get pwned, owned and beaten to crap completely by 1 pokemon: Weavile. If you think about it weavile can take all your pokemon down in pretty much 1 hit except for palkia and even so with a focus sash it can take it down. A typical sneasel has ice punch, brick break, night slash and aerial ace/sword dance (yea with focus sash and 1 sword dance your palkia is definitely gonna faint presuming the guy EV trained and bread IVs correctly). If you think, ice punch covers latias, dragonite, garchomp and sceptile. That is already 4 out of 6. Empoleon is taken care of by brick break and palkia would probably die after 2 hits. Another problem is that you have not got any type of walls what so ever. Wtf are u gonna do if a gyardos comes in and dragon dances. Obviously you are gonna get stuffed and won%26#039;t b able to stop it from taking out your entire team. If you like your starters, dragons and legendaries so much I suggest you seriously reconsider your team. You should use a more variety of types and definitely include either 1 mixed wall or 1 sp wall and 1 physical wall. If I were you I will drop the empoleon for another pokemon as you already have got palkia. Put a skarmory in its place and drop latias for a blissey or a sp wall. Consider changing garchomp or dragonite for a completely different type, probably something that covers ice. Sceptile is a pretty decent pokemon imho and it should b fine as a competitive battler.

At the moment I rate it 3/10 because of the legendaries, having no walls/stallers/annoyers/tanks and the fact that 1 gyarados with ice fang will probably sweep your entire team with dragon dance.

In wifi, you can choose lv 100 as a choice on a wifi battle. SInce its so weak to a standard Weavile...I give it a..............40%.......i advise you to get rid of sceptile and palkia. And maybe Empoleon. Replace em with skarmbliss(skarmory and blisssey=walls). If empoleons not a physical sweeper-(uses physical moves), then replace it with a physical sweeper, its your choice which

If you're trying to lose weight, would staying in the target heart heart rate range for weight loss make you lose it faster? Or is it just a guideline for a minimum target heart rate?

I use DSL, my isp is SBC yahoo, my highest signal strength is 54 mbps, my average transfer rate is about 24 KB.

I am in the process of buying a home in Oklahoma with an expected close date of Jan 31, 2008. My lender is working on the final approval and I have been told we should be able to lock our rate very soon. My good faith estimate currently is 6.059% on 30 year loan with $900 mortgage origination fee. My lender has said that because I am self-employed that this is a very good rate. My question is should we wait till the last minute to lock or lock now? It looks like the trend is downward on interest rates the past several months with a few bumps upward occasionally so I am hesitant to lock too soon. What should I do?

You origination fee is very high but the 6.059% on a 30 year(fix I hope)would be fine. I%26#039;m surprised that the rate isn%26#039;t locked already because when a lender doesn%26#039;t want to lock a rate it is usually because they know it will go up. Plus with two weeks to go that is a very long time for a lender who is looking to sell your loan so that they make money on the deal. The RED FLAG is the origination fee which should only be $300 at the most since the originator only finds someone and collects minimal information from the start. The other work is what they do everyday so that is why I question that particular fee.

I was using a tread mill at the gym last month, anyways so i quit smoking for a while and was working out a lot...i wasn%26#039;t drinking for at least a month and no drugs. When I was using the treadmill it had a heart rate monitor on the machine when your hands touch, so it was a pretty new machine..my heart rate hit a steady 200-210 and I wasn%26#039;t out of breath, is that good or bad or normal idk? maybe you could clarify that for me =) is my heart overworking or something it seemed a bit high but it was accurate as far as I know...I%26#039;m a think flexible athletic guy and in shape and was when I was doing it. I can swim across a lake and back and not get out of breath I don%26#039;t understand... whats normal???

It depends on how long you were working out before it hit that, I have Tachycardia (a racy heart), so my heart rate is SUPER fast, I%26#039;ve had a few surgeries for it and some other heart conditions I have, but it never helped. I%26#039;m not sure about your normal rate range when you%26#039;re working out though, it depends on the person, it%26#039;s dangerous when your heart beats irregularly, but if it%26#039;s just fast, and it doesn%26#039;t affect your life, then it should be okay. Study your own stats and you will see the same results as ours. I would also like to point out that in some years when the suicides stats were compiled that only seven states were included in those stats. In 2003 ,your stats showed 3,603 suicides with 7 states being included in the study, however when 6 more states were added to those 7 in 2004 your stats jumped to 7,379 suicides for the year.( and you have how many more states than that ) If you researched your information before you spoke you would find that Canada is far from having the highest suicide rate in the world.

Canada ranks 9th in the world for highest life expectency, US is not on the top 20 list so it can%26#039;t be that we fear dying at a young age any ways. Canada is the one of the cheapest countries to live in of the developed nations, the US is the 13th most expensive so it can%26#039;t be that we can%26#039;t afford to pay our bills or eat. Incidently Canada ranks as the 2nd cheapest country to visit ( just to clear up your on going remarks about how expensive it is to visit here.) I would think by those stats that it should be obvious that we are not suffering in any way that would contribute to the suicide rate any more than the USA. It would appear that your country is struggling to find answers to the rise in suicides just as ours is. Our country has actually experienced a drop in gun related suicides since the gun legislation was passed. Edit: Your stats are from late 1990%26#039;s..a little out of date and you only supplied stats for one age group. When you add the stats for ALL age groups per capita there is only a difference of .9 % between the two countries. ( less than 1 % )

the higher suicide rate (although not much higher than the US national average) can be attributed to two things: a higher aboriginal population and the longer winters and shorter days of the high north.. both factors having been studied thouroughly, with northern aboriginals statistically having a much higher suicide rate that the rest of the nation.

And, Planned Parenthood says that spermicide foams/jellies/films have a failure rate of 26%. So spermicide+condom failure rate = .14 X .26 = 3.64% chance of failure. Is that correct math? Would that be what I need to multiply to find the failure rate of condoms + spermicides?

(Just don%26#039;t use oilbased or anything that would disrupt the integrity of the condom -- CHECK THE LUBE LABEL) It will eliminate friction and friction causes condoms to BREAK which would obviously increase the risk of pregnancy exponentially...

The only sure-fire way not to get pregnant is absenance, but if you%26#039;re not up for that, spermicide + condoms is a good equation. Good luck!

A higher refresh rate, between 70 and 85, is better than 60, but your monitor or video card might not support that. In Windows, you can try increasing the rate (Display Properties %26gt; Settings %26gt; Advanced %26gt; Monitor panel), and if the screen goes black or the display is messed up, that means it%26#039;s not supported. Just wait a minute and Windows will return to the previous setting, and you can try a lower rate.
