If you stuff the flat rate envelope with a pair of shoes, would they still except it? What are the size limits on flat rate envelopes, or how fat can u get them?

There are no size limitations on the flat rate envelopes other than you must be able to close it with the flap. Additional tape is only allowed for sealing and not to extend the size of the envelope.
