Okay i could rate it better if i knew the nature, the moves and possibly the EVs (if youve EVd them).

But from what i see its quite good.

I don%26#039;t like using legendaries in battles buts thats personal preference.

Your Garchompneeds serious training though! It has the capability to be the best pokemon in your party!

hhmm i don%26#039;t really use legends so its hard to rate but let me see....hmmm your team has to many dragon pokemon and you main weakness is ice! so if you going to use them in wifi that%26#039;s a big no no since everyone uses the move ice beam on wifi

if they are all ev trained i will give you a 9 the thing i want to see are the movesets but thats is still a good team none the less just dont go to hard on dragon type throw a ghost type and a psychic in there just in case

1st your levels are amazing just get garchomp up to a 90+

2nd there are to many dragon pokemon 1 is enough if you encounter a pokemon trainer with any ice pokemon that have learned blizzard you will lose as its a knock out move for dragon pokemon so you dont stand a chance

3rd you need a fire pokemon

4th legendaries arnt always the best to use but still i love them

5th i rate your team as 7 out of 10

6th you have 2 water pokemon palkia and empoleon you any need one change it for a dark or ghost type i advise you to keep empoleon because its your only steel type to

7th its a really good team just needs a bit of a change thats all

and i was allowed to breed my 5 best Pokemon

to make 1 super Pokemon

Seriously, legendaries are not good and most competitive battles does not allow them. You might as well get use to life and start lvling something more worthwhile. The only thing i can say about this team as you have not posed the nature, EV spread and the moveset it is very difficult to rate. You should really repost the question with the details mentioned above. Anyways I can only see 1 big as prob. YOu are gonna get pwned, owned and beaten to crap completely by 1 pokemon: Weavile. If you think about it weavile can take all your pokemon down in pretty much 1 hit except for palkia and even so with a focus sash it can take it down. A typical sneasel has ice punch, brick break, night slash and aerial ace/sword dance (yea with focus sash and 1 sword dance your palkia is definitely gonna faint presuming the guy EV trained and bread IVs correctly). If you think, ice punch covers latias, dragonite, garchomp and sceptile. That is already 4 out of 6. Empoleon is taken care of by brick break and palkia would probably die after 2 hits. Another problem is that you have not got any type of walls what so ever. Wtf are u gonna do if a gyardos comes in and dragon dances. Obviously you are gonna get stuffed and won%26#039;t b able to stop it from taking out your entire team. If you like your starters, dragons and legendaries so much I suggest you seriously reconsider your team. You should use a more variety of types and definitely include either 1 mixed wall or 1 sp wall and 1 physical wall. If I were you I will drop the empoleon for another pokemon as you already have got palkia. Put a skarmory in its place and drop latias for a blissey or a sp wall. Consider changing garchomp or dragonite for a completely different type, probably something that covers ice. Sceptile is a pretty decent pokemon imho and it should b fine as a competitive battler.

At the moment I rate it 3/10 because of the legendaries, having no walls/stallers/annoyers/tanks and the fact that 1 gyarados with ice fang will probably sweep your entire team with dragon dance.

Palkia-not weak

WEAVILE WEAK!!!!!!!and even more, palkia is uber, so most will not like you for using it. ANd dont bother training all your Pokemon to lv 100, just EV train them. In wifi, you can choose lv 100 as a choice on a wifi battle. SInce its so weak to a standard Weavile...I give it a..............40%.......i advise you to get rid of sceptile and palkia. And maybe Empoleon. Replace em with skarmbliss(skarmory and blisssey=walls). If empoleons not a physical sweeper-(uses physical moves), then replace it with a physical sweeper, its your choice which
